Proprietor Simon Parden has 17 years experience in the building industry.

He served his apprenticeship with Seddons Builders and has worked for major names in the North West building industry such as Construction North West, Mears and Acorn.

Simon has considerable experience of working on large scale builders projects such as complete tower block refurbishment, school upgrades and council renovations.

He established SJP Building Services in 2002, focussing on the domestic housing market.

My flat double extension roof was leaking so I called SJP Builders. They came out and inspected it and explained what was wrong with it and exactly what they would do to correct it. They stripped off the old roof, replaced it with a new one and even took photos of it for me so that I could see what I had paid for. They were not the lowest quote but they seemed to really know what they were doing and I think I got excellent value for money.
